The service was excellent — the kind that makes you feel like a VIP. I ordered the prawn sushi and it was hands down the best I've ever had. The freshness was insane, like the ingredients had booked a one-way ticket from the ocean straight to my plate. My partner had the beef burger and after “sampling” (aka stealing) a generous bite, I can confirm it was gloriously juicy and packed with flavour.
Lovely atmosphere, food was great, service was amazing. The best part is it's kid friendly too. Will definitely be going back. Had a breakfast with my mom. Now I need to do lunch 😊
So my wife and I came to Marula's about 5 years back, just after we got married. And we decided it was time we re-visited the place for a bit of an early supper sushi. Now we've been to many places for sushi, we have our favourites, but we have a new favourite...it's Marula's. It's unassuming. Bit tucked away. But the sushi is simply mind blowing. The prawn avalanche is served as one of the buy-one-get-one-free options. We just looked at another and shared the moment. It was top three for me, in terms of the best I've ever had! Do yourselves a favour. Find this place. You can thank me later.
Kids will love it. Jungle gyms, bunby's etc. On a positive note all of the teas, coffee etc for the adults were very good and the service friendly and hospitable! Give it a go, it's got some very good positives!
